Great (Tournament Standard)
Level 1
This option is great for models you want to keep simple without fancy details. It works well for large groups of minis, looks good on the table, and stays budget-friendly. Using at least three main colors, plus shading and one or two highlight colors, it brings the minis to life without extra fine detail. It’s perfect for basic troops and big gaming sessions where close-up detail isn’t needed.
The Great package contains everything a casual or veteran gamer will need to bring their minis to any competitive events to meet minimum painting requirements.
This includes:
An overall smooth paint job.
3 minimum base colors with 1-3 layers and some highlights.
Crisp, black painted base rings upon delivery
Protected with matte or satin varnish depending on desired finish.
The focus for this package is minimal flair to increase output.
Glorious (Tournament / Display Hybrid)
Level 2
The Glorious package truly elevates your miniatures to an entirely new level of detail and artistry. It’s an ideal choice for both casual enthusiasts and serious competitive gamers who want their pieces to really shine on the tabletop. You receive everything included in the Great package, plus up to 7 additional layers and expertly applied highlights. This upgrade is perfect for a full squad, a powerful tank, an imposing walker, or a special character that you want to make stand out among the rest. It features advanced techniques like subtle glazes and striking effects such as glowing lights (OSL), realistic blood splatters, oozing slime, and seamless color blends that give each miniature a one-of-a-kind personality.
This includes:
3-7 layers of highlights and shades.
Effects such as glazes, blood, shields, lightning, and glows.
Smooth transitions between tones and effects.
Each mini has enhanced tonal variation to create darker shadows and brighter highlights which can be noticed from a distance.
Basing is available.
Regal (Display Standard)
Level 3
This standard is dedicated to providing the ultimate level of care and attention to every detail. This option is perfect for a centerpiece model—whether it’s a captain, a general, a towering demon, or a radiant angel. Or maybe it’s a massive titan that simply needs to shine brighter and stand out more than all the others. Extreme values and crisp definitions are carefully brought to life within your models, featuring enhanced glazes, silky smooth gradients, and extra special effects. Multiple additional layers and finely crafted highlights are built up through meticulous blending techniques to ensure the absolute best possible result.
The highest degree of care and attention is applied to the Regal tier models. The Regal option is the ultimate painting package that glorifies your miniature heroes, dioramas, elite squad, or an entire battalion in an indomitable showcase.
This includes:
3-5 additional layers and highlights
Extra layers of glazes and smoother transitions between tones.
More shades and values added through airbrush and paintbrush applications.

Diorama Workshop
Our Diorama Workshop is now officially open and ready to help you elevate your gaming experience! The Diorama Workshop features a wide variety of new terrain displays designed specifically for your miniatures. Crafted from high-quality, durable XPS Insulation Foam, meticulously cut to your exact specifications, our studio is here to bring your display dreams vividly to life. We also offer custom enhancements including realistic water effects and vertical terrain elements such as hills, rocks, trees, and much more to create immersive, eye-catching scenes for your tabletop battles. These are built to order and are completely custom.
Single – A tiny, exquisitely sculpted piece of terrain specially crafted to showcase your miniature in style. This is a compact 2”–3” large “pad” featuring a precisely indented slot that fits your chosen miniature flawlessly, ensuring a seamless and elegant display. It’s absolutely perfect for adding a touch of personality to your work desk, nightstand, or even as a quirky flower pot defender that brings charm and character to any space.
Small – A slightly larger terrain piece designed to beautifully display a small squad of 3 to 6 miniatures or a single vehicle or large model. These pieces are thoughtfully shaped—either oval or rectangular—and measure approximately 6”–10” in length or about 8” in diameter. Imagine an elite squad frozen in a captured moment of action: slaying a massive beast, gearing up for an ambush strike, or valiantly patrolling sacred corridors. This display is just as perfect for your desk, nightstand, or entertainment center, adding a dynamic focal point wherever it sits.
Host – Ideal for the transportation of your miniatures to and from hobby stores, conventions, or gaming nights, this option is designed to impress both you and fellow generals alike. While it might not literally strike fear into your opponents’ miniatures, it undoubtedly commands attention with its sleek and functional design. This terrain piece fits perfectly inside FLG’s Display Tray (24” x 14”) and can be easily removed for quick setup. Don’t forget to submit your army list with your inquiry so every miniature has a secure and perfectly sized space on the board, making transport as smooth and organized as your battles.

Yes I do! Basing is an additional service. I can create grass fields, alien worlds, inhospitable volcanic rock, marshes, urban waste, and whatever else you may want! Basing is typically $3-$5 per model.

For most projects, I do not require any payments up front! Payment is accepted upon completion for all orders under $200. For large projects over $250 I do require a deposit to cover costs for additional materials.

First, check out the different levels MiniCrit offers for painting, then fill out the required fields on the commission forms; which can be found in the Commission Form tab on the top left or on the bottom of each page.
Everyone has a different preference for the details their models show on the table. This is why I have simplified the decision into 3 distinct packages: Great, Glorious, and Regal.
